Publish your treks and peak climbs with a real day-by-day itinerary — altitudes, teahouses, and fixed departure dates. Free to list, and your trek appears on the route maps trekkers actually plan with.

This is how your business appears to travelers on Nepgram.
You run the trek on the ground, but the client was sold the trip abroad — and a large share of what they paid never reaches Nepal.
Serious trekkers compare acclimatisation days and altitudes closely. A PDF emailed on request cannot compete with a page they can read at midnight.
A fixed departure with four trekkers costs nearly the same to run as one with ten. The empty places are pure loss.
Build the trek day by day — altitude, overnight stop, and activities for each day. Free to list.
Link your trek to its route and peak, and it shows up on the trek-route and peak pages trekkers browse while planning.
Trekkers book onto your published dates. Once booking opens, requests reach your phone and your payout settles to your bank.
Each day carries its own title, description, altitude, and timed activities — the detail experienced trekkers judge you on.
Attach your trek to its trek route and, for expeditions, to the peak itself — with the permit authority shown to trekkers.
Publish your season’s departure dates with minimum and maximum group sizes, and close a date the moment it fills.
Record your operator licence, expedition authorisation, and staff insurance on your partner profile so reviewers have them at go-live.
Spring and autumn rates set once, plus your own early-bird discounts to lock in trekkers months ahead.
Fitness, acclimatisation, and kit questions get answered in the booking chat instead of a dozen emails.
A local business can usually reach only the people who walk past it or the agent who sends them. On Nepgram your listing faces Nepali travelers and international visitors at the same time — without a second website, a foreign agent, or an advertising budget.
Nepgram is fully bilingual and defaults to English — the language most international visitors plan in — while Nepali travelers read the same page in Nepali. You write your listing once, in whichever of the two you are comfortable with.
Visitors can see your prices in eight major currencies at Nepal Rastra Bank reference rates — so a traveler in Tokyo or Paris knows what your service costs without doing the maths.
International visitors commit weeks or months ahead. That fills your calendar before the season starts, instead of leaving it to whoever walks past your door.
Nepali travelers and international visitors do not travel in the same weeks. Serving both from a single listing means the quiet gaps in one market get filled by the other.
Reaching foreign travelers normally means advertising abroad or handing a large cut to an overseas agent. Being on Nepgram costs you nothing until a booking is confirmed.
No foreign bank account, no currency handling, no English-only website to maintain. Nepgram carries the international side; you run your business the way you always have.
Almost every trekking client is a foreign visitor, so this is not a bonus market for you — it is the market. An English itinerary they can read in full, with prices in their own currency, puts you in the comparison you are usually left out of.
Creating and keeping your listing on Nepgram costs nothing — there is no setup, subscription, or marketing charge.
Prices, discounts, and availability stay in your hands. Change them any time from your phone.
Nepgram is an extra sales channel, not a replacement. Your regulars, agents, and walk-ins stay yours — we never ask for exclusivity.
Nepgram adds a commission only when a confirmed booking happens. You see the exact terms during registration, before you accept anything.
To be straight with you: Nepgram is preparing to launch and we are awaiting our government licence. Listings and partner onboarding are open today; online booking and payments switch on at launch. That is exactly why joining now is worth it — partners who list during onboarding are live and discoverable from the first day travelers can book.
Trekking and expedition work is regulated, and we ask for it up front: your trekking operator licence, Department of Tourism expedition authorisation where it applies, and confirmation that guide, porter, and high-altitude staff insurance is in place. These are recorded on your profile as your own declaration and reviewed before your listings go live — Nepgram does not issue or certify licences.
Nothing upfront. There is no listing, setup, or monthly fee. Nepgram earns a commission only when you receive a confirmed booking — the exact terms are shown during registration, before you accept anything.
We are preparing to launch and awaiting our government licence. Partner onboarding and listings are open now; online booking and payments switch on at launch. Listing during onboarding means you are visible from the first day travelers can book — there is no cost to being early.
A trekking operator licence for multi-day treks, and Department of Tourism expedition authorisation for peak climbing where it applies, plus confirmation that your guide, porter, and high-altitude staff insurance is in place. You record these on your profile; they are reviewed before your listings go live.
Yes. Nepgram carries a reference library of Himalayan peaks with their permit authority, and you attach your expedition to the peak it climbs. Trekkers browsing that peak see your departures.
Yes. Nepgram never asks for exclusivity. Keep your walk-ins, agents, and repeat customers — Nepgram brings you travelers you were not reaching before. We only ask that bookings made through Nepgram are honoured and completed through Nepgram.
No. Travelers browse your prices in their own currency at Nepal Rastra Bank reference rates, but you list and are settled in Nepali rupees to your Nepali bank account. You do not need a foreign account, a card machine, or any international payment setup of your own.
Signing up takes minutes and costs nothing — and the earlier you are listed, the more of the launch you are part of.
