Cancellation policy
Effective date: June 7, 2026. How cancellations and refunds work when you book through Nepgram.
Service-specific windows
Each tour, stay, event, or transport listing shows its own cancellation window on the detail page and in your booking confirmation. Partners may offer free cancellation up to a set number of hours or days before the service starts; after that window, partial or no refund may apply.
How refunds are issued
- Nepal wallet payments (eSewa, Khalti) are refunded to the same wallet where possible.
- Card payments from outside Nepal are processed via our international payment partner; refunds return to the original card and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Nepgram credits, when used, are restored to your account balance first.
Operator cancellations
If a verified partner cancels your booking (weather, safety, or operational reasons), you receive a full refund or the option to rebook an equivalent experience. We will notify you by SMS, email, or in-app message as soon as we know.
