Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data Nepgram holds about you, including messages you sent to our official Facebook or Instagram pages.

If you have a Nepgram account

Request account deletion from your profile settings or the dedicated deletion page. Deletion runs in two phases: immediate deactivation, then permanent deletion after the retention window Nepali law requires for tax, invoicing, and booking-dispute records.

If you messaged us on Facebook or Instagram

If you contacted Nepgram through Messenger or Instagram and want those messages and your associated profile details (name, profile photo, messaging ID) deleted from our systems, email privacy@nepgram.com with:

  • The subject line “Social data deletion request”.
  • The Facebook or Instagram profile name you messaged us from.
  • The approximate date of your last message to us.

We verify the request, delete the data we are not legally required to keep, and confirm by reply within the timelines applicable law requires. Records connected to a booking, payment, invoice, or open dispute must be retained for the period Nepali law prescribes before permanent deletion. Deleting data on our side does not remove your copy of the conversation inside Facebook or Instagram — that is controlled in your Meta apps.
